Members Only POS

Bit by bit, our work with YMCAs, YWCAs, and other organizations with busy front desk operations has pushed members Only to develop a full point-of-sale capability. The Members Only Real-Time POS module consists of three main components:

Real time credit card scanning
With Real Time POS installed, you can scan and authorize a credit card from anyplace in Members Only where you can enter a payment. So you can process registrations, membership renwals, or any other aspect of your operations right at your client service desk. Members Only works with a variety of magnetic card scanners, including convenient keyboard-mounted units.

Cash Drawer Control
Your sales counters above all need to keep close control of the money they take in . Our Real-Time POS module will open a cash drawer and print a receipt any time you record a payment in members only. Or you can press a convenient hot key to enter a NO SALE transaction to make change, add, or remove cash from the drawer. A complete log is maintained of all drawer activity.

One-click Register Sales
You may not want to capture the contact information of everyone who purchase a mug or T-shirt  at your counter or front desk. And you certainly want to help your customers quickly and efficiently. The Point-of-Sale module lets you sell items with just a click of a button.
