Esther Merves takes charge of Members Only training

(Members Only Software, Inc.)Members Only Software Inc is excited to announce that Esther Merves is joining our staff as Training Coordinator. Esther comes to us as a 15 year veteran of the non-profit world, most recently completing a 7 year tenure as Membership Director of a major national educational association, where she was directly responsible for the association management information system. She has twice in  her career overseen major non-profit information system upgrades, so she understands the problems that arise and the stress such rollouts can cause.

Esther frequently consults with organizations and individuals on data analysis, research design, and outcomes measurement. Currently she is working with the  Special Education department at the George Washington University, lending her expertise on various research projects. Esther holds a doctorate in sociology and research methodology from Ohio State University, and has taught on the faculty of Kenyon College and Barry University in Miami.

Over the years we have prevailed upon Esther a few times to help us with training needs, so we are very pleased to have her working with us in this new capacity.  She's bound to be a big help to our users!
