The Cato Institue selects Members Only Software
Monday, February 23, 2009
(Washington DC) After an extensive search, the Cato
Institute has chosen Members Only Software to
manage its wide range of policy research,
events, publications, and development
projects. Members Only will also help the
Institute track the interests and expertise of
its extensive network of scholars and
supporters. They are also expecting their
in-house website staff to make extensive use of
the Members Only API to enhance the interactive
nature of the website and tie their
public-facing pages directly into their
administrative applications.
As defined
on its website the Cato Institute's mission is
to "increase
the understanding of public policies based on
the principles of limited government, free
markets, individual liberty, and
peace." The organization does this
by sponsoring research, holding seminars and
forums, and supporting the publication of books
and articles for the public based on the
wide-ranging expertise of its scholars and
fellows. Headquartered in Washington DC
for more than 30 years, the Cato Institute
conducts scholarly forums
throughout the year in different cities
across the country and abroad. It is a
very active participant in daily news media
throughout the country. For more
information on Cato Institute, visit www.cato.org.
The
Cato Institute will be using Members Only
Software's modules for CRM, AR,
Professional Resume, Events &
Lodging, Fundraising & Development, Grants
Management, Publication Sales, and
Subscriptions Management. For more
