Enhanced user resources now on website.

If your organization uses Members Only, it's time to request your user login on the Members Only website! This login is your key to the new user resources section of our site. The growing list of resources posted there includes user documentation, training materials, API documentation, and other information. In addition, we've been publishing the most interesting questions we receive from our users each month to a Tips and Tricks section. We're expecting this area to grow rapidly.

The User Resources page will also be tied to the HELP menu in Members Only in the upcoming service pack. Once your organization has received access to the site, you will just need to click the Help Button in Members Only to be connected immediately to our online resources. Got a document you've developed in-house you'd like to post here for your users?  Just email it to us and we'll make sure its added to your User Resources page. Using the personalization features of the Orchid website tools, we can set this up so that each of our clients can sees only the resources that apply to them.

We're looking forward to seeing this section grow over the coming months.
